I tell my clients this all the time – “you’re doing better than those on the couch”.
Every little movement counts. Even if you can only spare 5 minutes today (obviously there are days when it’s near impossible to exercise – and you certainly do deserve a break) take those 5 minutes and do a lap around the block/office or do a circuit of jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbers, and lunges. Do something. And be proud. You’re doing great!
