There are many times when we want to forego our aspirations because of fear.
Fear that we’ll look silly at the gym. Fear that we won’t be able to keep up with a class. Fear that we’re not strong enough. Fear that we’re being judged.
Don’t give in to intimidation – whether it’s from yourself of someone else.
Don’t lower your expectations or your limitations because you’re afraid of pushing harder.
Don’t be scared of what you think you can’t do. Hang there. Defeat your fears. Face them head on.
Don’t give up because you’re afraid.
Keep going because you’re not!
