These pyramid workouts are fun and get and keep your heart rate up. AND you’re working every part of your body – in just a short 15 minutes.
**Just keep in mind that if you are working out outside in the sun and/or on a warm day to prepare yourself for the elements – meaning, drink extra water to keep yourself hydrated and protect yourself with sunblock (a hat and/or sunglasses can help too).
You can do this pyramid once or you can repeat it for a longer workout – whatever floats your exercise boat.
